Please note during the current COVID restrictions, delivery times may be longer than usual to some areas. We are working very hard to ensure we have good stocks and despatch all orders As soon as possible, to get to you quickly.

How much does Shipping Cost?

Each product page has a Delivery Options tool where you can enter your postcode; the shipping cost will appear, plus the estimated delivery time. Please remember that once you start adding more products to your order the overall cost can change and you can see this in the Checkout Page.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We do offer Free Shipping on orders over $150 total value of products, after any discounts, to most areas of Australia. There are certain bulky products excluded from this offer including: buckets & bucket kits, 3.87L/4L/5L containers, car covers, large machines and other heavy/large volume items.

Remote and some Regional areas of Australia are also excluded in this Free Shipping Offer – but we try to keep the shipping charge at the basic cost that the couriers charge us.

How long do you take to Despatch my Order?

We try to verify and check all orders ASAP most orders are checked within 2-3 hours but can take up to 1 full business day in busy periods like sales.

We do manage to despatch over 90% of orders the same day that are received before 1pm

How long will my order take to Ship to me?

Couriers collect from our Sydney warehouse everyday, sometimes twice per day. The indicated Shipping Time in the checkout for your area is an indication and guide only, as this is provided to us by the courier companies.

Where is my Order – Why hasn't it arrived yet?

Once your order is despatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your order and its progress. If your parcel is taking longer than expected to arrive, we recommend that you track it first using the information emailed to you on despatch, then if required raise an enquiry directly with Australia Post / Fastway / Startrack.

Can I pick my Order Up?

Yes you can, we have locations in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne that carry a large range of our products. If you want to check if a product is in stock, you can do this through each Product Page, and then in the Checkout process you can select the Pick Up option for your City once you have entered in your details.

Can I change or Cancel my Order?

If your order has not been verified and already picked by our warehouse; yes you can. You should email us with the changes you require ASAP so we can manually process the changes and contact you. Once your order details have been sent to the Courier then we cannot stop the package unfortunately.

Who do you use to Ship my Order?

We try to offer you the best and lowest cost shipping options; no matter where you live in Australia. We generally use Australia Post for all retail customer orders as they have the largest coverage. We do use Fastway for certain Metro areas, and this option is indicated in the Checkout if available. For Business customers we can use Stratrack if the order is going to a commercial address.

Do you Ship Internationally?
