Yum Ceramic is YumCars flagship ceramic spray sealant, designed to deliver extreme slickness, gloss and hydrophobic protection across paint, glass, chrome, trim and alloy wheels. It can be used as a standalone spray sealant, coating topper or diluted protective drying aid.

Yum Ceramic is the flagship spray protection product in the YumCars range. It has been designed as the next evolution of spray sealants, blending ceramic resins and polymers in a water-based delivery system for strong performance with excellent control.
The product can be used on a properly prepared bare surface, over an existing ceramic coating, or as a topper over waxes and sealants. It adds slickness, gloss and water behaviour while making maintenance washing easier.
For the strongest performance, YumCars recommends applying Yum Ceramic to a clean, decontaminated and ideally polished surface. For more frequent use, it can be diluted 1:1 and used as a protective drying aid after washing.

Apply Yum Ceramic thinly. Most streaking with spray sealants comes from using too much product, not too little. On dark paint, use the second towel for a slow final level under good lighting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can Yum Ceramic be used after every wash?
It can be, but YumCars notes it is not necessary every time. Use Yum Detailer for regular drying aid use and Yum Ceramic when protection needs topping up.
- Wash and decontaminate the vehicle first. For best bonding, use Yum Tar & Residue, Yum Wheels and clay where required.
- Dry the vehicle and use Yum Panel Wipe if applying as a dedicated protection layer.
- Spray a small amount onto a microfibre towel rather than overloading the panel.
- Spread evenly over a small section.
- Use a second towel to buff away residue and level the finish.
- For drying aid use, dilute 1:1 with water, mist lightly onto wet panels and dry with a quality towel.
- Avoid over-application, especially on glass or dark paint, as a little product goes a long way.
