Introducing the Koch-Chemie H7.01 Paste - Silicone-Free Heavily Abrasive Polish, a powerful machine polish specially formulated for quick reconditioning of heavily weathered paintwork, removal of paint overspray, and elimination of sanding traces up to P2000 grain.
The H7.01 Paste offers an impressive cutting power with a rating of 7.5, allowing you to efficiently restore the appearance of heavily weathered paint surfaces. It effectively eliminates imperfections such as paint overspray and sanding traces, providing a clean and renewed finish.
With a gloss rating of 3.0, this abrasive polish delivers a balance between correction and achieving a moderate level of shine. It helps to improve the overall appearance of the paintwork while preparing the surface for further polishing or protection steps.
The H7.01 Paste is silicone-oil-free, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of automotive surfaces. You can confidently use it on the paintwork of cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and more.
For application, we recommend applying the Schleifpaste to a polishing pad, such as a hard white polishing pad or medium hard yellow polishing pad. Polish the pre-cleaned surface in a crosswise motion with a maximum speed of 2,000 rpm. The abrasivity and grinding performance can be adjusted by varying the pressure, polishing pad, and speed.
At the beginning of the polishing process, it is recommended to apply greater pressure at a lower speed. Gradually reduce the pressure as you progress and finish off at a higher speed for optimal results. Any polish residues can be easily removed using our ultrasound cut Profi microfiber cloth. Streaks or traces of polish can be eliminated with our Hochglanz-Antihologramm-Politur.
