5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather events, customs, supply chain disruptions, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Title to goods passes once payment has been received in full.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5A. Click and Collect

Where click and collect is available:

•    you will be notified when your order is ready for collection
•    collection timeframes provided are estimates only
•    valid proof of purchase and photo identification may be required
•    if another person is collecting on your behalf, we may require prior authorisation
•    risk in goods passes to you when goods are collected
•    we may cancel and refund uncollected orders after a reasonable collection period
•    storage or handling limitations may apply for certain products

You are responsible for inspecting goods at collection and notifying us promptly of any issues.

5B. In Store Purchases and Collection

Products purchased or collected in store may be subject to additional reasonable store procedures, including identity checks, safety requirements, and stock verification.

Any product recommendations, demonstrations, or general advice provided in store are given in good faith based on information available at the time. You remain responsible for ensuring products are suitable for your intended use, vehicle, and application.

Where you book detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film, or related services:

•    booking times are estimates only
•    deposits may be required
•    cancellation fees may apply if disclosed at booking
•    you must disclose pre existing damage or issues
•    we are not responsible for hidden defects, prior repairs, or issues outside our control
•    post service care instructions must be followed
