Mint ProTools DA Black Finishing Pad 6"

The Mint ProTools Black Finishing Pad is used in the final stage of finishing the paints surface after polishing and correcting. This Finishing Pad is incredibly soft but strong enough to remove light buffer trails (holograms), swirls and super-fine scratches but offers zero cutting ability.

Using the final finishing pad will be your final step in adding that final amount of depth, gloss and clarity to your paintwork before applying your protection. This pad can also be used with your pre-wax cleansers, polish glazes and all-in-one type products.

It has been designed specifically to suit the DAS6, DAS6-Pro and L15 RO Polishers and offer a high amount of gloss and also ability to lightly cut any light to medium surface marks and scratches including removal of swirls and hologramming. Made from a high quality European foam with an open cel structure, this pad will leave the highest gloss finish that you can achieve on an RO polisher.

This RO Black Soft Finishing Pad has also been designed with a recess ensuring you have a safe edge if coming in close contact with any edges or tighter areas whilst during the polishing process.

We would always recommend using Mint ProTools Pads with a quality polish or compound, this Black Finishing Pad has been designed to be used in conjunction with a finishing Polish such as Menzerna SF3500 or SF4000. Using the correct finishing compound will yield maximum results.

This pad suits only the DAS6, DAS6-Pro and L15 Dual Action Random Orbital Polishing Machines and attaches via a 5.5" velcro backing plate.
