Step 1: Preparation

Before starting, ensure the surface is pre-cleaned and ready for polishing.

Step 2: Pad Selection

Choose the appropriate polishing pad for the job:

• Lambskin pad (for sanding traces of 1,200“2,500)


• Heavy Cut Pad (for sanding traces of 1,500“3,000)

Step 3: Application

1. Apply the Heavy Cut H9.02 Silicone-Free Coarse Polishing Compound to the selected polishing pad.


2. Spread the compound evenly on the pad.

Step 4: Polishing Process

Polish the surface using the following guidelines:

• Use a rotary polisher.


• Set the machine to medium speed.


• Apply medium pressure during the polishing process.


• Polish in a crosswise motion.

Step 5: Polish Residue Removal

To remove any remaining polish residues:

• After using the Heavy Cut H9.02, polish the surface again with either Micro Cut M3.02 or Micro Cut & Finish P3.01 for the best possible finish.
