This fine polishing compound is specifically designed for the perfect reconditioning of medium to heavily weathered paintwork. Its advanced formula allows for effective correction while providing a high gloss finish, making it ideal for achieving professional results.
The Fine Cut F6.01 is silicone-oil-free, ensuring compatibility with various automotive surfaces, including scratch-proof paint. You can confidently use it on the paintwork of cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and more.
For application, we recommend applying the fine polishing compound to a polishing pad, such as the Fine Cut Pad or a lambswool pad. Polish the pre-cleaned surface in a crosswise motion with a maximum speed of 2,000 rpm. The cleaning effect can be adjusted by varying the pressure, polishing medium, and rpm.
At the beginning of the polishing process, it is recommended to work with greater pressure at a lower speed. As you progress, gradually reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss at a higher speed for the best possible finish. Any remaining polish residues can be easily removed using our Profi ultrasonic cut microfiber cloth. To eliminate any streaks or traces of polish, we recommend using the Micro Cut M3.02.

Step 1: Preparation
Before starting, ensure the surface is pre-cleaned and ready for polishing.
Step 2: Pad Selection
Choose the appropriate polishing pad for the job:
- Fine Cut Pad (recommended)
- Lambswool pad
Step 3: Application
- Apply the Fine Cut F6.01 Silicone-Free Fine Polishing Compound to the polishing pad.
- Spread the compound evenly on the pad.
Step 4: Polishing Process
Polish the pre-cleaned surface using the following guidelines:
- Set the machine's speed to a maximum of 2,000 rpm.
- Polish the surface crosswise.
- Adjust the cleaning effect by varying the pressure, polishing medium, and rpm.
- At the beginning of the polishing process, use greater pressure at a lower speed.
- As you progress, reduce the pressure and increase the speed to achieve a high gloss finish.
Step 5: Polish Residue Removal
To remove any remaining polish residues:
- Use the Profi ultrasonic cut microfiber cloth.
- Gently wipe away any streaks or traces of polish.
Note: For optimal results, remove any streaks or traces of polish with the Micro Cut M3.02 Silicone-Free Micro Polishing Compound.
