Nanolex Rim Sealant is a high technology coating especially for wheels to protect them and make them easier to clean.

The Nanotechnology is designed to coat the wheel surface with a durable layer that will help repel brake dust and dirt, making it much harder for these contaminants to adhere to the actual wheel. This will then allow the rim to be cleaned much more easily, with the weaker bonds of the brake dust being broken with just a pressure washer or standard pH balanced wash shampoo.

Harsh wheel cleaners and scrubbing will no longer be required and cleaning time for rims will be dramatically reduced.

Unlike wheel waxes this advanced chemical sealant will not wash off, it is designed to repel water, dirt, oils and other pollutants that usually stick to your rims. And it will not simply ‘melt’ like other wheel products from the substantial heat generated by your brakes. In fact depending on driving conditions it can last for 6 months plus

This kit contains:

1 x Nanolex Cleaner 125ml

1 x Nanolex Rim Sealant 50ml

1 x Microfibre Cloth for Cleaner

1 x Foam Applicator Pad for Sealant

50ml of Nanolex Sealant should coat a set of four average 18" rims approximately 3-4 times

For best results:

Clean wheels very thoroughly before to remove dirt, brake dust and contamination, and dry wheels well.

Always work on just 1 wheel at a time. Firstly spray over the Nanolex Cleaner and wipe over all the areas of the rim to be coated. Next take the applicator and apply a couple of drops of Nanolex Sealant, wipe this over the surface ensuring 100% coverage – then take the microfibre cloth and buff off the residue to a shiny finish within 2-3 minutes of application. Allow sealant to cure for a minimum of 2 hours before driving or getting wet.

Do NOT leave the Sealant on the rims for more than a few minutes otherwise it will be very hard to remove. It is sometimes easier to apply/buff off on half of the wheel at a time.

Nanolex Rim Sealant is safe for most wheel types including painted, clear coated, chromed, spoked and can be used on the inner rims as well as the wheel face. Always try on a small hidden section to ensure compatibility.

Nanolex Glass Sealant Premium is a high technology sealant / coating especially for glass that repels water and dirt improving visibility all-round.

The Nanotechnology is designed to coat the glass surface with a durable layer that will help repel rain and dirt, making it much harder for these contaminants to adhere to the glass and simply ‘slip off’ with the motion of the car.

As you drive, the car’s glass will get dirty and this then makes it hard for rain to slip off the surface. This dirt and other pollutants, like bugs, are then wiped over the windscreen to further blur vision or after some time the combination of this rain and dirt mixture actual ‘marks’ the glass through acidity and minerals, this marking is usually hard or impossible to remove by washing or even glass cleaner sprays.

50ml of Nanolex Glass Sealant Premium should coat all windows and windscreens on a medium car 8-10 times.

For best results:

Wash or clean the glass thoroughly first.

Firstly take a lint-free cloth and apply a few drops of the Glass Cleaner, work this into a small section (about 30×30cm) of the windscreen or window well, you should find that once you have made several passes all residue is removed. Repeat for all sections of the windscreen and then all other windows. This is very important to ensure the durability of the sealant.

Next take the second lint-free cloth and apply a few of drops of Glass Sealant Premium, work this into a small section (about 30×30cm) of the windscreen or window, you should find again that once you have made several passes virtually all residue is removed. Finally take the microfibre cloth and buff off any remaining residue to leave a crystal clear finish.

Repeat for all sections of the windscreen and then all other windows. Allow sealant to cure for a minimum of 2 hours before getting wet, and re-buff with the microfibre cloth if required to remove any last traces of excess sealant.

Do NOT leave the un-buffed Sealant on the glass for more than a few minutes otherwise it will be hard to remove. It is always easier to apply/buff off on small sections at a time.

If applying directly to the paint, it is best to use a Paint Cleaner such as Nanolex Paint Cleaner to ensure the surface is clean, oil free and ready to accept the bonding from the sealant.

Apply a small amount to a foam applicator and work across a section (e.g. boot, door) of the painted surface, ensuring 100% even coverage, leaving a thin layer. The product can also be applied using an RO Polisher and final finishing pad; again apply a small amount to the pad and work across a section ensuring 100% coverage and leaving an even layer behind.

Once the product has hazed, usually within 2-3 minutes, take a soft microfibre cloth and simply wipe off the residue.

Preferably allow sealant to cure for a minimum of 2 hours before driving or getting wet.

As the Nanolex range of sealants do not contain any cleaning agents, just nanotechnology to ensure a long lasting protection it is important the paintwork or alloy rims are prepared perfectly.

The Nanolex Paint Cleaner is the ultimate last stage prior to applying your sealant, it is designed to remove any dust, finger prints or oils on the surface thus leaving it completely clean. Nanolex Paint Cleaner does not contain abrasives and is not designed to remove scratches or swirls.

30-60ml of Paint Cleaner will cleanse a car completely, depending on the size.

Nanolex Textile and Leather Sealant is a high technology coating especially for interior fabric, leather and carpets that repels water, fluids and dirt, resisting stains and offering superior protection.

The Nanotechnology is designed to coat the textile surface with a durable layer that will help repel liquids and actually aid against wear and usage. The sealant is 100% invisible and does not alter the look or feel of the fabric or leather; indeed it still allows the leather or fabric to remain breathable and supple.

The coating resists dirt making interior cleaning much easier with no need for harsh chemicals. By the application of this advanced chemical sealant liquids or spills will ‘slip’ off the surface rather than penetrating the fibre of the fabric can be easily wiped off.

100 – 200ml of Textile and Leather Sealant will coat the interior (seats, carpets etc) of car completely depending on size.

For best results:

Vacuum and clean the fabric and leather surfaces first to ensure loose dirt and fibres are removed.

Next spray the Nanolex Sealant onto the surfaces to be protected, avoiding contact with other substrates within the car. For Leather it is advisable to spray onto a foam applicator pad and lightly wipe over.

Allow to completely dry for a minimum of 2-4 hours depending on weather conditions and temperature.

Nanolex Textile and Leather Sealant is safe for most interior fabrics including leather, suede, fabric, cloth, carpet and upholstery. Always try on a small hidden section to ensure compatibility.

200ml of Textile and Leather Sealant should coat the interior (seats, carpets etc) of a large family car completely.
