The Yellow Lake Country CCS Cutting pad is the most aggressive, it will cut through moderate and heavy surface marks and swirls. This pad works well on moderate to heavy oxidation and pitted finishes, it will remove wet sanding scratches with a heavy polish or compound. This level of cutting always needs to be followed by a polishing or finishing pad with a lesser polish.
Lake Country has improved upon the basic pad design with CCS technology, which actually slows the rate of product absorption and saves polish. This can increase the working time of the polish to give excellent results, and stop the pad/polish drying out as fast. The CCS pockets in the pad face also reduce surface tension to decrease heat and sticking / skipping that can occur.
Suits both Rotary and Random Orbital (Dual Action) machines, attaches via the Velcro back.
Please note these Lake Country CCS Pads are the Professional version that are over 30mm in height, much thicker, better performing and longer lasting than the cheap OEM ones.
