The Festool Sheepskin pad is especially designed to work well with scratch-resistant paints (usually found on late model BMW, Mercedes VW, Audi etc and sometimes called ‘Cerami-Clear’) The fine sheepskin offers lower heat build up when you are cutting on these paints, versus foam pads.

It has heavy cutting ability on these paints when combined with a heavy/medium polish to remove oxidation and pitted finishes, and will remove wet sanding scratches with ease.

The Festool brand is known for premium quality and their range of pads meet these high standards. Each pad has the backing Velcro recessed from the edge by 5mm to reduce the possibility of marking the paint in close areas.

Always use with quality polishes and compounds.

Suits primarily Rotary and Rotex machines, attaches via the Velcro back.
