This dual action, random orbital polisher is part of the Festool range and ideal for the extreme enthusiast who wants the best, or a professional detailer.
This unit features a 5 mm stroke for efficient fault removal and a quality dual, dust proof, bearings for a long service life. It only weighs only 1.8 kg and this allows for particularly effortless work, all day long if required. Like other Festool machines it is perfect balanced and offers stepless speed preselection and constant speed, even under load.
The machine is designed to fit your hand, offering a compact dome grip with soft grip and an ergonomic bar handle. The quality bronze contacts in the plug-it system guarantee a stable connection and prevent tangles with the cable and hose. Including a dust extraction system, if required, to provide reliable health protection.
This machine is perfectly suited to all 6" and 6.5" buffing pads especially the Festool 6" Pads and The Mint ProTools 6" Pads.
This Festool power tool comes with a 1+2 guarantee. The standard 1 year warranty is extended by 2 years to a total of 3 years simply by completing the warranty form that comes with the tool and returning it to FESTOOL within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will receive a warranty registration certificate that will cover repairs, parts and labour, should the tool require them, for 3 years from the date of purchase for your power tool. We recommend that you keep your purchase receipt to include with a warranty claim should you ever need one.

This machine is an absolute delight to use, it has minimal vibration through your hands and can be used for many hours without any hint of fatigue in the hands. The pads stick fantastically well with the velcro system and the Festool pads also rinse out very easily after use. Finally the 1 + 2 warranty gives excellent peace of mind should anything go wrong-definitely needs to be added to any serious detailers short list of Random Orbitals.
