01. Can I still purchase from you, if I don't want to give you my Credit Card details?

Yes you can. You can pay us using Direct Deposit or via Cheque, just email your order to us and we will confirm a total price for your chosen goods back to you. Once payment has been received for these via Direct Deposit or cleared Cheque we can dispatch your goods, it just takes more time and will unfortunately incurs a $5 administration fee. Just so you know, if you do choose to pay by credit card, your credit card details are entered into a secure page on our website and submitted directly and securely via the ‘e-way’ security gateway to the St George Bank.

02. Do your prices include GST?

We are an Australian company and therefore all our items’ prices include GST. We will email a Tax Invoice to your nominated email address (as entered into the “Bill to” address details). We do not email any Tax Invoices, picking slips, confirmations or anything other communications to the email address notified in the “ship to” address

03. Is your site secure for Credit Card purchases?

Absolutely 100% In fact more secure than if you use your credit card in a retail shop. We understand that in order for us to have a long-term relationship with you, we need to offer more than just great products at great prices – we need to earn your trust. We use ‘e-way’ a third party secure gateway to process all credit card transactions for us. They are Australia’s leading payment gateway and provide security transactions for thousands of businesses. 04. On my checkout screen there is a field for a Promotional Code. What is this and how do I get one?

From time to time we run certain promotions where we give out promotional codes. These may be for promotions like free shipping or a discount on your order. In order to be notified of these please subscribe to our newsletters

05. Safe handling of your information

All sensitive information you send us is encrypted in transit. If someone somehow attempts to read the sensitive information you send us then all they see is an unreadable (jumbled) message. The technology we use is called “Digital (SSL) Security Certificates”, provided by one of the most established certification authorities worldwide from ‘e-way’. 06. What is my Credit Cards CSC number?

Your CSC number is your Card Security Code, which is a 3 digit number printed on the back of your credit card. As you may have noticed, we request the CSC number on your credit card during your Secure Checkout process, for your protection. The CSC number is an authentication scheme to help prevent fraud. Therefore, if your credit card number is provided with an incorrect CSC number, the transaction will not be approved.

07. What Payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer payment via VISA or MasterCard. These offer convenient and speedy options to be able to buy quickly and safely on line. We are currently investigating other credit cards and options, if you have a particular preference please email us and let us know. If you simply cannot or do not wish to use your credit card then orders can be placed by email and we can offer you the option of Direct Depositing the money into our account or sending in a cheque for your goods.

08. Why was my Credit Card declined?

Your credit card may have been declined due to the following reasons: 1. Insufficient cleared funds 2. Your card has expired 3. Incorrect CSC number, preventing transaction completion (please refer to “What is my credit card’s CSC number?” 4. We do not except Diners cards or American Express cards 5. Error message 23 appears and this may mean you are typing your credit card number with spaces. If you try entering your credit card number as a single number, without any spaces, you shouldn’t have any further problems.

Please note that whilst we do not charge to assist you over the telephone to place your order via the web, if we place the order for you, an administration fee of $5 applies.
