Are your parcels labelled when dispatched and do they have an invoice attached to them?

Our parcels have only our company name and our PO Box address label, required by Australia Post. The invoice is not attached to the parcel. It is emailed to the recipient on the billing address (we do not send any emails or paperwork to the shipping address).

Do you deliver to anywhere in Australia?

Australia Post delivers around Australia to residential, business or PO Box addresses. Please note that this service does not deliver to Norfolk, Christmas or the Cocos Islands.
Please note that if you live in an area that is generally considered difficult to access or is poorly serviced by Australia Post and/or couriers then we may not be able to deliver to you. This is more likely if the items you order from us are very bulky. In these cases we will offer you a full refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia. However, we are certainly looking at the possibility of expanding beyond Australia, so keep checking our website and/or subscribe to our newsletter for regular updates.

I have not received my order. What do I do?

All items are typically dispatched the next business day, once your payment has been confirmed. Items are sent via Australia Post or via our courier if the item is particularly bulky.
Australia Post provides the following guidelines for the delivery of your order:
- Sydney metro: 1-3 working days
- Other NSW: 2-4 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide metro area: 2-4 working days
- Other capital and regional areas: 3-7 working days
Over 90% of orders shipped by Australia Post arrive within these transit times.
However, if your order has still not arrived after more than one full working day after the maximum transit time to your destination, please notify service@carcareproducts.com.au and quote your delivery number for follow-up.
- During holiday periods certain delays may be experienced in delivery of goods to some areas, due to increased demand on Australian Post. Unfortunately these circumstances are outside our control.
Items going via courier have very similar transit times.

Once I've made my purchase, how long before I receive my item(s)?

What if I am not at home when you deliver my goods?

Delivery is usually attempted straight to your door. If there is no one at home or if the local postal service does not offer this direct service, then a post office parcel claim slip will be left in your mailbox for you to collect your order at your convenience from the local post office or courier depot.

What if I need an item by an urgent date?

If you really need something urgently then we may be able to arrange for this to happen. The easiest solution is to call us directly 1300 006 007 and speak to one of our customer service team with your exact requirements. We will be able to tell you if your request is possible or not. In certain circumstances we have been able to send items out the same day with courier delivery for the next day. This service might not always be available depending on general business conditions, time of the day and the destination required.

What will delivery cost me?

It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering and where you would like it delivered. We ship many parcels each day, so we have reasonably competitive rates with our carriers.
We do not make a profit on delivery charges so we effectively pass on the rate charged to us, to you. When you are in the Checkout part of the store and have entered what you would like to buy and where you would like it shipped a delivery cost will be worked out for you.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped on the next business day, once your payment has been confirmed. If there is a problem with your order or payment we will also be in contact by the next business day.

Which carrier/courier do you use?

The carrier we use for most of our deliveries is Australia Post. It is a receipted delivery service. With this service Australia Post will deliver your item to your nominated delivery address. If no one is home, they will leave a card stating that your item is available for you to collect from your local post office. This service also allows us to deliver to PO Boxes.
We also fully insure all delivery shipments. In the unlikely event your item is lost in transit, we will replace at our cost.
We also use a number of courier companies such as TNT or Fastway. We will select the most appropriate one depending on your address and the item being shipped.
